The General Transfer Counselling will be conducted on the following dates:


Dates of Counselling, Timing & Venue:


(A) 15.03.2022 10.00 AM Medical Officers working in PHCs

(B)17.03.2022 10.00 AM -Release Mo’s from DM&RHS, Chennai-G.


(C)18.03.2022 10.00 AM -All Supernumerary candidates


Venue :Health and Family Welfare Training Centre, Egmore, Chennai-S.

conditions mentioned in transfer counselling notification :



Conditions:


1. Medical. Officers with DGO, DA qualification and EmonC 81. LSAS trained Medical Officers will be considered for the vacancies in Upgraded Primary Health Centres or Block/Additional Primary Health Centre with Operation Theatres only.


2. Medical Officers trained in Ultrasonogram by Medall and Mediscan Institutions will be considered for the vacancies in Primary health Centre where such facilities have been installed and prenatal scan centre ID has been provided.


3. All Medical Officers who opt for transfer during counselling will be relieved immediately.


. Candidates with Service Particulars duly endorsed by the Deputy Director of Health Services concerned are alone eligible to attend the counselling.


. Medical Officers who attend transfer counselling without their signature and counter signature of the Deputy Directors of Health Service concerned in the proforma will not be entertained.


. They should attend Transfer .counselling by availing their own leave and no TA / DA will be allowed.


. Station Seniority will be the criterion for the purpose of ascertaining serniority.


. The candidates who are on Leave/Maternity Leave / Unauthorised absence are not eligible to attend the Transfer Counselling.


. Candidates with DA/Vigilance and Tribunal cases pending against them are not eligible for transfer.


10. Candidates are requested to choose vacancies only from those displayed at the transfer Counselling Venue.


11. The Resultant Vacancies are not considered during counselling.


12. After the issue of orders cancellation / modification of orders will not be entertained.
